Tower of DoomWhat we want to settle with Eric and Carlo at Forest Camp, Dec 7 to 12, 2026
Eleven songwriters, Midnasty, FOMO and our producers on one property for six days, six finished songs. The 2027 tour has thirty Saturday dates and seven holds. This sheet is what we want to leave camp having agreed, so the songs and the tour leave the mountain on the same plan.
The three outcomes for the week
- Release path. Where the six camp songs come out, through which route, on what dates.
- Artist cover. What the 2027 run says, and which dates Midnasty will and will not play.
- Booking spine. The five holds placed, the promoter model chosen, the term sheet agreed.
What we need from Tower of Doom
1Distribution routeIngrooves or Virgin Music through TOD, or a direct route. One answer sets everything downstream.
2Release calendarWhich two camp songs lead, and what ships before the Manila launch on Feb 6, 2027.
3Signing partiesWho signs as label and who signs as artist for each camp song, named, not implied.
4Credit standardThe credit line used on releases, on the camp film and in tour billing, agreed once and applied everywhere.

What we bringTwo seats, food and lodging, the six camp songs as a catalogue, a thirty-date calendar with routing already worked out, and a documentary crew on the property all week. What we are not asking for is a decision on money before you have heard the songs. Thursday is when the songs are on the table.

The 2027 runWhat we want to settle with the artist while everyone is on the mountain
Thirty Saturday dates, three island legs, three finales, and a documentary crew following the whole thing. The calendar is drafted. What is missing is the artist's hand on it, so the cities we book are the cities you will actually play.

What we need from the artist side
1The story of the runWhat 2027 says that 2026 did not. One paragraph we can build the campaign on, in your words.
2Dates and cities to strikeAnything on the board you will not play, or a market you would rather swap. Easier now than after a venue is held.
3Capture citiesWe plan multicam in Manila, Dumaguete, Cebu, Davao and the three finales. Confirm that, or move one.
4Guest policyHow the Friends slot in each city gets filled and who approves it. Friends is in the title, so this is the one that ages badly if we leave it loose.
5A named signatoryWho speaks for the artist on splits, likeness and masters. Not a title, a person.

What the camp gives the tour
- Six new songs with the artist's fingerprints on them, three months before the launch.
- A thousand-capacity room on Dec 12 to test the show design before we sell it thirty times.
- Film of the whole week, which is episode one of the tour documentary.
- A rehearsal for the venue advance, gate and settlement process.
One note on timingNothing here gets announced. The tour stays internal until the Manila and Cebu holds are countersigned. What we are asking for this week is agreement inside the room, not a public commitment.
